Light. There is always light. Be it shining bright, under the cover of cloud or hidden from view but it is always there. As the sun sets where you stand, it rises on the other side of the world for someone else.
It is easy to feel as though there are times when light has deserted you and bleakness is in it's place but know with certainty that it is underlying somewhere in your life whether you can detect it or not. Search for it, each and every day. Look for the good, the inspiring, the things that bring about a positive momentum in your daily life. Seek out the light, seek out happiness. It is always there. Be it bright and shining, hidden or feeling just beyond reach.
